She can't "sue everyone". You can't win a lawsuit against a tabloid for reporting allegations filed in a lawsuit. Unless an outlet went beyond reporting the accusations made in the suit she isn't going to get anything by suing media outlets. The only party with any liability here that I can see is Rana and I doubt she gets much out of him. She can bankrupt him but I doubt she is in for a big windfall of actual assets out of him or he wouldn't have been trying to extort money from JPMorgan

As for Harvard, any program other than a 2-year MBA at Harvard Business School is a sham. Lots of people take these "exec education" programs so they can pad their LinkedIn and put it at the top of their education section, and everyone sees through this. A 2-week, or 3 month, certificate exec education course at any business school doesn't mean anything besides bad judgment.

The only thing that matters to JPM is "does this hurt the company?". If it hurts, she will be given $ and shown the door. It won't help for sure, she won't get more business to JPM because of this. They may offer her a very nice package to leave but do so with the complete assurance that her role is not in jeopardy and leaving the bank would be completely voluntary.

Most likely scenario is she is kept in a lower executive cushy role with little to no public or client direct interaction. As many of already stated, this will blow over.


As an aside, this thread was both entertaining and kind of depressing. In my entire career I have had one female boss and she was a frumpy, unkept, loud-mouthed, alcoholic, lesbian. No justice!
