I'm aware of people in San Antonio that still have one wall of their garage covered in packages of toilet paper.

They need to put Fauci in charge of this and nip it in the bud. In the meantime, I am filling out my PPP loan paperwork.

It's Ebola-esque in its capacity for pandemic levels of infection.

My wife's grandmother had to go to a nursing home in Seguin a few years ago. When we cleaned out her house, she had basically filled an entire room full of toilet paper still in the mega packs. Wild. We didn't know what to do with it.

Justr ran out of last tp i hoarded. Dang.

They didnt get death and destruction the first timr, loved spreading the lies, and want more of both.

Doesn't ebola require contact with fluids from an infected person? It's isn't airborne as far as I know.

Both symptomatic spreaders. Generally not believed to be asymptomatic spread. Generally requires close contact/exposure to bodily fluids. R0 ~2 (transmissions per infection), with mitigations reducing R0 to <1. R0 less than one means the quantity of infected individuals falls over time.

In other words if I were on the plane with the lady who flew to South Africa, lived with her, or treated her I'd be testing my temperature like a hawk, but if I lived in South Africa I'd just be avoiding people who have the sniffles.

COVID on the other hand had an R0 as high as 8, generally in the 3 range, had asymptomatic spread and the symptomatic rate was low. Meaning a ton of the spread of the disease was from people who had no idea they were sick to people who had no idea they were sick, eventually causing a symptomatic case while all the disease for Ebola/Hanta is from people that know they are at least mildly sick.

We're going through another viral pandemic, aren't we.

It seems to me that if this has mutated and is actually going to be a big deal, we should hear very soon how everyone on that plane got sick.

And if we don't, it should indicate that the flight attendant with mild symptoms was just unlucky.

And here we go. Very long potential incubation period, 40 days YET no asymptomatic spread as reported. Squaring those at this point is just a WAG.

You've been running interference for this thing since I made a **** post about it, I hate covid as much as anyone but I was in Twitter and here in 2019. I've seen this before.
