Hard to understand how a location central on the town's main arterial is a bad location, yet it's perceived as such by many. It's a pocket of "no man's land" somehow. I wonder if it more comes down to types of tenants versus surrounding demographics. Geographically it certainly isn't a bad location.

Guess the remodel your home during COVID wave is over. Little surprised the high interest mortgage hasn't carried over into "well we are kinda stuck here so let's do some updates". Although without free money, the scale that isn't going to be in the same level as COVID.
Me neither. But I rarely go down Harvey unless absolutely necessary. Have never seen or heard an ad for them.
We went to Outback for lunch a few months ago and it was really good and very affordable. Cost was really not much different than fast food these days.

I didn't see that one coming. Although I guess the few times I've been in the last 6 months there have only been a handful of tables there. Last time was about 2 weeks ago and at 5:30, only one other table was there.

This economy is terrible.
I always thought Fuzzy's had good food. Their atmosphere was a little run down but the food was consistently good. Sad to see them go.
So has one place that has closed down had REALLY GOOD OMG AMAZING FOOD? I'm still waiting for that closing to happen.

IMO, that was a bad location for that type of concept. Fuzzy's in a better location would still be open.

I know sone may disagree, but for me, Mad Taco fits that description.

It was in our weekly rotation. And we usually saw our neighbors and their kids there.
