That's likely 15-16 stories. There was a previously announced 23 story at 203 Church - I wonder if this is the same project but revised. With the other 23 project announced last month across the street and the ongoing construction at University and wellborn of Aspire II, that area will have a lot of activity. I believe there is at least one other announced high-rise project.

I'm interested what the plan for Boyett/University where the gas station used to be is. Still haven't seen anything.

I think you are right about the 203 Church Street project, and I expect one more announcement too.

There has to be something in the works for the old gas station site on Boyett/University. Its .5 acre, same size as the other high-rises announced so I bet the city has finally figured out how they're going to approach these smaller lot developments and they can start to proceed.

I think a high rise apartment building was announced for that site a good while ago.

had some good memories eating at Pepe Taco back in the late 70's.
It's now gone, along with several of the old houses built after WW2 along George Bush Drive.

It's all zoned commercial, now.

I don't frequent that area at lunchtime but every other time I go by Zaxby's there is nobody there.
