Would love an entertainment and dining area similar to Market Square in the Woodlands. Don't know if South College Station would right for it. Hell that Northgate parking lot could sort of be the spot for it a poor man's version of it.

It's called Spirit Ice Arena now. Tons of public skating, kids birthday parties, figure skating, hockey. Our family loves the place. Aggie Figure Skating club and the Aggie hockey team both skate there.big ben said:

Brookshire Brothers...take it or leave it. It's nice to have a store that has a real deli counter (plates, food by the pound) and a third option other than Kroger and H-E-B.
