lol because of you I'm actually contemplating taking the toasted corn out of the pico for the upcoming menu change that goes wirh our tv upgrade and the addition of the 14 foot outdoor LED Jumbotron. The charred corn was just for color and to add a little smoky flavor, We never dreamed anyone would comment on it lol.

My wife makes a black bean and corn salsa that is very similar to pico, and tastes much better than pico.

This is like the beans in chili argument. I couldn't care less what it's called. I like corn salsa more than pico and use it in all the same ways.
