Anyone watching/listening to Cirque? I've listened to at least some of each episode on Spotify. I was a huge Cirque fan on the ticket, and Mike Sirois was probably my favorite personality on the station. I was bummed when they didn't offer him a hosting gig and he left.

That said, something feels a little off so far. Kinda like they are trying too hard or too excited, but I bet they will settle in after a few weeks. And I just don't like Danny at all. Him interjecting with fart humor or some other dumbass commentary does not fit with Mike and Cash at all in my opinion. They would have been much better off doing this without him or finding another third wheel.

Pros:
-- Mike and Cash are entertaining as usual, and I think they will be even better when they get into their old routine. They are likely somewhat rusty.
-- it is only 2-3 days a week, which I like.
-- It is on Spotify and is free (at least for now).

Cons:
-- I think they overestimated how many people care if they are on Youtube and will tune in live at 8 pm. For people with kids, that's probably a no go. And even for people without kids, you are probably going to be watching sports, a movie, a TV show, etc. I just don't think anyone is going to care enough to tune in live at 8 pm, even if it's only 2-3 days a week. That obviously doesn't really matter too much because they are on Spotify. But they are acting like this is what will make them unique and cause people to want to listen to them. I don't think that will be the case at all.
-- Danny. I know some people like him, but I just can't stand him on a talk show (even though he seems like a good dude in real life). As much as I like Mike and Cash, I'm not sure if I will ever be a big time listener of this this.
-- I'm not sure exactly what their niche or purpose of the show is. Is it sports, drinking, etc? It will likely be a variety of things (like the Ticket), but I feel like they need something that they can rely on. For the Ticket, it's a sports station that then goes into a ton of other stuff like entertainment, news, movies, etc. What is the main draw of the Cirque show? Is it a sports show that goes into other stuff? It seems that's what they are going for, but they don't seem to market it that way yet. I think it would help if they made it clear what they will somewhat focus on.

Corby and Danny failed upward more than anyone else at 1310 Ticket AM stream. Sirois should have but Norm/Cat blocked him.

Corby has something, but imo not as much as Sirois. Both had more than Norm at the end although the fantasy call of the Preakness was must listen. (not)

Cat ****ed it up bad. He had Donnie and Sirois locked and let Norm go 6 months too long.

Corby and sirois would be an awesome show. Donny and sirois were great together, but that was mostly all sirois. Maybe norm rubbed off too much on Donny, but he is so generic and corny and old man joke guy now. It's cringey.

I hear what you're saying....but Corby "failed up" to a six figure salary for the past 15 years (guess here).

Danny (and I'm not defending him...) made 50k at his peak with the ticket. A guess based on rumors of what they paid producers..

I don't think I've ever heard Jub talk about Grandkids. It would make sense from a timeline perspective but as sappy as he can get from talking about his sons, if he has grandkids, I'm kind of shocked we don't hear about them more.
