I used to listen to several hours per day, and probably find myself doing less than 30 minutes on average with a commute.
The only compelling shows are the Musers and the Hardline, and the Musers only for a couple segments. The Hardline brings better sports talk (carried by Bob) and Dave/Corby have some shock jock for eNews/etc.

Hardline is all I listen to anymore. As you said, I think it's solid. I grew very tired of the musers long ago, and the other shows are bad.
Musers and Hardline are the only shows that make money anyway.
Muse in the news is my favorite and the only reason I listen. I'll listen to Bob talk college football but can't listen to much else. Dumb zone podcast for most of the other stuff.
Yea, I'm around an hour of Musers and and hour of The Hardline these days. I think I find myself liking The Hardline more overall, probably because their sports segments are still largely good whereas Musers sports segments are almost all skippable.

Musers for Gordo's segments
Hardline for Bob's sports segments and Gordo on Thursdays for the rant. Dave Lane has his moments. Corbie is still a bag of meh.

I thought the Gordon's Passions episode of the Musers Podcast was pretty great. Junior's was ok, though I think it gave me some insight I had been lacking about what drives him. I haven't listened to George's, and I'm not sure I will. Not because I don't enjoy George, but I feel like his position on music has been covered to death on the show.

Last night on Cirque du Sirois, Danny mentioned that the "Big 5"- Craig, George, Gordon, Corby, and Bob- don't earn as much money as they SHOULD be.
I was surprised to hear that.
I'm betting they have all had to take less over the past several years. Hence the seemingly 3 months of vacation the musers get now.

That has always been the case. The Ticket pays for a lot (and morning and afternoon drive in particular) more than just for the Little Ticket.

He did sound exactly like Vince Vaughn on the phone. That was the most interesting part to me.
I do like the fact that Bob seems to have developed a relationship with coach. He won't be approaching Barry Switzer levels of entertainment but he's a pretty fun listen when they have him on in the summer. Plus, Aggie coach on multiple times a year and no Sark, nice!
At least they didn't ask him about hamstering

One thing I will say for "The Musers: The Podcast" is that it's gotten me listening to sports podcasts. I'm really enjoying "Andy & Ari On3" since they almost never talk college sports on The Ticket.

This morning, Junior said that ND could lose one more game and will "1,000%"still make the playoffs. Maybe even lose two games. That's some ignorant stuff.
Side note, went to the ticket takeover in southwest Fort Worth today. What a snooze fest. Matt and Donny just stayed behind the desk the entire time. The goobers from the sweet spot didn't even look up from their laptops.
Contrast that with the dumb zone at whataburger two weeks ago where it was a packed house for 2.5 hours with Dan, Blake, and Jake talking to anyone who wanted to chat, getting up and walking around, etc.

No one knows less about college football on the Ticket than Junior. He's stuck in 2005 Time Machine.
I was amused when Junior complained "The Studio" won Emmys because Hollywood is obsessed with stories about Hollywood. I yelled at the radio, "Have you heard your own podcasts?"
Junior calling Reed sketchy was quite the stretch.
Reed certainly struggles with deep balls but to say he's sketchy is ignorant.
Reed definitely has some room to develop but his baseline is far from sketchy.

I was happy with what he said because I was thinking the same thing before he said it. There's nothing Hollywood types love more than inside Hollywood stories. They are indeed, as Craig said, up their own asses about that sort of thing.
