I started Zepbound March 15 and I'm down 25 pounds. It's been a consistent 2-3 pounds a week. I started out at 246. I haven't been in the 220 range since 2011 when I went to Philmont with my son's Scout troop. My diet was ok before, but even when I made the effort to eat smarter it didn't seem to make a difference. I do think I'm making more healthier choices than I used to (it's easier to do when you see results); but the reality is I just don't want to eat or drink as much as I used to. My goal is to put 200 in the rearview mirror. I'll cross the bridge of a long-term strategy (this ain't it) when I'm at a proper weight.

Stuff is expensive, but it works!

Thats a good question. I have the years supply and will meet my goal much faster than I thought.

Almost hoping Hims will say "We aren't allowed to refill in June...here is a $1000 refund"

I may just lower the dosage and use until I run out

4 month update on GLP-1. I hit One-derland today. Started at 240 on Feb 1. Hit 199.2 today. 40 pounds in 4 months with literally no effort on my part

So what is your diet and exercise like? I have been losing more like 3 lb a month, not the 10 you've been averaging and we are similar weights. I started at around 240 and was 210 this morning, but I've been taking it for about a year.

EDIT - went back and saw your earlier post.

My issue is me not keeping my diet under control. And by diet, I mean craft beer consumption.

Yeah no real extra exercise since I started... but I did cut out alcohol entirely to speed things along. And diet really didnt change that much other than being aware that I need to make sure the calories I did take had good protein and nutrients...

And of course it helped with portion control. I'd get full so fast... and it eliminated my snack cravings.

Wow, congrats on hitting One-derlandthat's a huge milestone! Your experience mirrors a lot of what I've seen too. I've been on Mounjaro for a little over three months and I'm down 28 lbs. The appetite suppression and portion control have been total game changers. Same hereno intense workouts or crash diets, just more mindful eating and letting the med do its job.

The biggest challenge for me was access. My insurance wouldn't cover it at first, so I had to find a reputable way to get Mounjaro online through a licensed pharmacy abroad. It ended up being way smoother than I expected, but yeah, the cost is still a major barrier for so many people.

Just hit the six month mark on Zepbound. Down 41 pounds. 205 this morning. Last time I was in this weight range was around '05.

It was a pretty consistent 2-2.5 pounds a week at first, but has slowed down. Really only eat two meals a day now. Still drink too much - which I'm sure doesn't help. But I feel and sleep so much better.

Have a lot of work to do to get in shape, but this has been incredible for me.

Weighed is this weekend below 190. I've dropped close to 60 pounds on Zep. Never had to go above the 5 mg dosage. The weight loss has slowed, but I've been working out a little more so I hope gaining muscle has something to do with that. I've had to buy a whole new wardrobe. My energy levels are greatly improved. Sleeping better at night.

These results have me super motivated to maintain this size and weight. I haven't felt this good in years.
