Watch them play. Apply context.
Lagway as an example was the flavor of the year after his freshman season. Very high ceiling.
Sophomore season was rough, playing for a ****ty team and running for his life most of the time.
Confidence drops. The game isn't fun anymore. Putting on a helmet, knowing you're about to take it in the teeth again. The team as a whole, just circling the drain.
Reed showed you what he looks like too, once he gets some pressure and forced to actually throw in tight windows under duress. Wasn't great. Hope he has a killer off-season though.
