OKC's gameplan all series has been to hack and grab him and then flop when he tries to break loose from the bear hugs. It's the only contribution Perkins has made this entire series.

Lots of contact allowed on Dirk. Somebody needs to step up and take a charge on Westbrook. Dude plays way out of control and it shouldn't be that hard. Only deterrent is pain.
