But really, they are getting wide open and close shots and they can't put the ball in the basket.

Big game tonight against S.A. (Third game in the series with the home team winning each time in OT).

Not so much to win, which would be big, but they can't come out and play like crap like they have every game since the last Spurs game.

They've lost by an average of 25.5 points and have shot poorly since that game.

If they lose tonight s*** might hit the fans. If they win though it will be calming.

Well on their way to a 3rd straight ass beating.

WTF is wrong with this team the last week? Granted they are playing some very good teams but they are playing terribly on the defensive end which is usually a staple for the Grizz. They are not good enough offensively to get away with slacking on the defensive end. Ginobili is also out as was CP3 the other night...

Teams are shooting at a ridiculous rate against Memphis right now.

So what's the deal, have teams figured out Memphis, or are they playing with injuries, or are they just not playing hard, or is there some kind of locker room issue, or what? I'm not surprised the Spurs are winning, but this is too easy and I don't feel like the Spurs are playing much different than usual. The defense is a little better which has gotten some easy ones, but not enough for a 20 point lead against a team as good as Memphis.

They have played like absolute trash their last three games. Dallas shot 60% from the field up until midway through the 4th. Got crushed by the Clippers just as easily and now the Spurs. I don't have any idea what is going on. Fatigue? This team is way too talented to be losing like they are. I don't think teams are figuring out Memphis either. I think Memphis is just playing poorly.

I don't think that when a major player (Rudy) is publicly shopped that it helps team chemistry. If anything, it is a negative.

I don't think Pau Gasol has recovered since his name was involved in trade rumors last year, and Ray Allen and OJ Mayo both expressed contempt/disappointment after having been shopped around, and both bailed when given a chance.


I also think that Conley has looked bad the last few games. I felt he was a difference maker for the first two months, and now he's not and he's shooting poorly.

If I were the Grizz I would have tried to pound it down low more. I know the Spurs were doubling, but that would have opened up more opportunities.

Tyreke Evans is always excited to return to his own collegiate stomping grounds.

One thing I think is hurting the Grizz is the absence of Pondexter in the rotation. While its not like missing a superstar, he was playing well this year until he strained his MCL.

Finally a win to end that terrible losing streak.

As good as the Grizzlies are on defense (held Sac to 65), they are hard to watch on offense.

If they don't get deflections and steals that lead to fast breaks, they have trouble scoring.

Game against Bulls is on NBA TV tonight.

Bulls coming off OT victory in Boston last night. Memphis also played.

I could see this game being about 73 to 71 with very little offensive on display.

Doing great so far, playing good defense and getting points off turnovers...

Unbelievable..Grizz just can't make it easy on themselves, after being up 17 and everything going their way, they are now only up 1 with 4 minutes left.

Game seemed to turn when Gasol went out with his 4th foul...

Shouldn't have to go to overtime. The game was in hand.

They are lucky to go to OT.

Grizzlies honestly don't deserve to win this. They are playing really stupid.

Take the win but man, what a crazy overtime. Missed FTs, dumb mistakes at the end...but a win.

They sit 2nd in SW, 4th in WC, 5th in league.

They have to score, and big part of that is on Hollins.

Lowry, OJ Mayo, and Greivis Vasquez have all been playing well elsewhere.

Early game today against the Pacers. Should be a good game.

Would have won the game but the shot was just too late.

Was at game. It was disappointing, but at least a good game to watch, plus they had all the MLK stuff, so Ewing, Elgin Baylor, and Jim Brown were there, ironically, all from white guys.

Plus Aaron Neville sang at halftime, so while I hate the loss, not going to let it ruin my day.

The Grizzlies would send big man Marreese Speights, guard Wayne Ellington and guard Josh Selby to the Cavs for big man Jon Leuer. Cleveland would also receive a future draft pick in the deal.

The Grizzlies now have no depth.

Rumor is they will be signing two free agents.

Rumor is Bill Walker, Delonte West And Sasha to be picked up.
