Randle and Gobert being allowed to throw people has to be addressed by the league. Seeing that not being called is going to continue to lead to a lot of official questioning.
Wish we still had Bowen to karate kick someone

Cave Johnson, CEO said:Mitch Johnson spoke at length about the level of physicality Victor Wembanyama faces every night. Says the #Spurs have been asking the officials to protect players, and felt they have not been doing so regarding Wembanyama.

Johnson said he’s glad Naz Reid is OK. He didn’t want…
Wow. Strong words from Mitch. Kind of surprised, not going to lie.

“Logramos meterse en su cabeza. Ese era el plan. Es un niño inmaduro que quiere todo de inmediato. Lo tratamos como tal. Los playoffs son un deporte mental para hombres; no niños”

- Reid is HOLDING ONTO WEMBY’S THIGH while
- McDaniels is GRABBING WEMBY’S JERSEY.
If refs ain’t gonna call this shit, you’re gonna get a lot more dude’s catching fades with a lot more frequency. https://t.co/v6kmBBoJgq pic.twitter.com/wWpaw8ipdn
This play by Ayo was 10x worse than Wembys elbow. No reason to launch his body into Fox’s leg like that. He could have dove for the ball without doing it. These are the best athletes in the world. They know what they are doing and this was purposeful. pic.twitter.com/rAH6llVQSk

Tonight may have woken something up in this young Spurs team.

You can feel the anger. The edge. The unity.
Instead of folding, they got more connected and focused.
And if the Timberwolves think they survived something tonight, wait until they walk into San Antonio for Game 5. pic.twitter.com/Slvy4G0Qde

It sounds highly unlikely Victor Wembanyama will face suspension from tonight's flagrant-2.
League will review tomorrow.

I think the foul was a calculated gamble by Wemby/the Spurs. This was probably the last game in the playoffs that they could afford to lose him. He throws the elbow not only in frustration, but also to make a point. And, as if to prove the whole point in one play, they ignore at least two obvious fouls and give Wemby a F2. It's pretty much laughable at this point.

Not a fan of either team. Wenby wound up and went for the head. As soon as it happened F2 and ejection was the right and only call.
The Wemby ejection has been slowly building up for 3+ games!!! pic.twitter.com/IzbBrVJP24

I don't think it was calculated. It was reactionary. Play before at the other end Shannon elbowed him right in the face. No call.
Then McDaniels elbows him the face while yanking on his arm, with Naz hitting him in the chest from the other side. Wemby said F this.

They also missed that Naz hit Wemby in the junk on that. I think that's actually what set him off now watching it again.

Still wish we would put in Plumlee and Olynk to use up some hard fouls on our end, especially on Gobert

Column on what happened behind the scenes after Victor Wembanyama got the boot, and on how he and his teammates both proved a point in a Game 4 loss:

There will be no further discipline for Spurs star Victor Wembanyama after he was ejected for elbowing Naz Reid in Minnesota on Sunday night, sources tell ESPN. No suspension, no fine.
