Yep. They are a .500 team that will have a -30 or worse run differential after this. 2nd worst in the AL and 3rd worst is not even within shouting distance.

Well Perez has a partially torn UCL and Harrison may need spinal fusion surgery.

This season is looking to go downhill in a major hurry.

Just get the surgery done now so he can be available by next June...Harrison's career may be over

He'd have likely made league minimum, I believe for 2014, 15 and maybe 16... then Arb years. He sold his FA down the road, and the Rangers helped with him being able to get his family out of Venezuela.

If he doesn't sign that contract... he is a league minimum guy fighting to become a MLB pitcher. As it is... he'll make $750K this year... $1M next... almost $3M in 2016, which would have likely also been a league minimum year.

Now, he can focus on what is best for his future... work himself back, without trying to take risk or have uncertainty.

So I decided to tune into the Astros radio broadcast out of curiosity. My God those two are AWFUL, especially Steve Sparks. He is not smooth at all. Almost Stuttering John like. What happened to the Astros radio booth? Hamilton and Ashby were a staple for many years.

Sparks is a great color guy, but horrendous at play by play. He does for it two innings to give Ford a break.

Tuned in just in time to see a Springer Dinger.

So in one day we lose two of our long term pitching plans and maybe a series to the Astros for the first time since 2008.
