The longer the insides are exposed to the elements, the more screwed up it will get. Nothing in there was meant to be outside. I can't see any way the city justifies spending the money to fix it or even get it in playable shape. Supposedly they had a lot of turnover in local government and the deal for the new stadium may be on the rocks, so they're probably about to have another Oakland situation.
