Little facts about the last big weight-off-the-shoulders-removing Masters wins before this one:

When Phil finally won his first major in 2004, the leader after each of the 1st 2 rounds? Justin Rose. Blew up with an 81 in the 3rd round tho.

When Sergio finally won his first (and only) major in 2017, tied for the lead after 54 holes and also in the playoff? Justin Rose.

Rory should have seen this as a good omen.

Bryson had the door open for after 1 obviously but even a few more times when Rory went into the bunker on 2 and 8 and Bryson couldn't capitalize.
Oh well, im not upset. I don't live or die by a golfer that I don't know winning or not winning a tourney.
