I was on a par 3 with Joel Edwards(former pga player) all day at a charity event one time. People could donate for him to hit a shot for them. I would mess around and hit one every now and then too. I put two balls closer to the pin than he did all day
The pin was on the left side of the green with water all on the left. He told me he just couldn't go at the pin. About 95% of his balls were 10-15' to the right and below the hole. About 30% of my balls didn't hit the green.
Moral of the story. These players won't go at the pin on 12 hence the extremely rate hole in one.

Not if you are Canadian. People would have said the same thing about Sam being in the final group in round 3. They would rather have had Woods , Mickelson or someone like that unless they were Aggies.
I think the scores will be 2 strokes better than what you have. I think they'll have ideal scoring conditions today and tomorrow.bagger05 said:

An amateur competing for the lead at the Masters is and would be huge. Lots of folks were Team Sam that weekend, not just Aggies. Everyone at my course was talking about him in the clubhouse before our rounds back then, and I'm the only Ag. Now Sam right now? Yes, mainly Ags would care. So if that's what you mean, sure. But that was different then.
