I'm pouring a 94 Dunn to celebrate our first 7-0 record since 1994!

Per se was awesome. Chefs table at Brooklyn fare was the best experience/meal of the week.

I'm looking to get a decanter for the house. I don't have any of the big wines that several of you post about on here. But I would like to use one every now and then when we have a nicer wine to drink.
Is something from Total Wine ok, or is there a particular one that you would recommend off of amazon?
Thanks!

Not to piggy back, but when do you decant?

2000ml Erlenmeyer flask. Probably $20 on Amazon.

Dang. What did I miss?
As far decant times, it varies. Young wines might decant all day. Old wines will probably just be opened for an hour or pop and pour to see what happens. It really just depends on the wine.

I actually looked this up. Was running around work and basically copy and pasted what you suggested. Lol
Thank you for the advice. I just turned 40 last week. Bought a bottle of 2018 Opus One.
But either way I'm looking for a decanter for at home. Is a nice Riedel one good. Or is there a just as good option online. We don't need a high end crystal one.

Opus1 is ready to party pretty much right out of the bottle, but 1hr would do it well.

I decant just about every red unless I'm just being lazy. I'll decant young chardonnay that has seen new oak. I just think the added air adds to the experience and rarely is a negative.
