Looked like others were still warming up.

ETA: coach went out to mound, assistant heads to bull pin. Grace came to the gate and there was some discussion, looked like Kate and Leavitt? got up to warm up. Assistant looked at the mound, coach shrugged and grace came in. Whole thing took a bit of time and the ump looked like annoyed by how long it was taking.

Ford may be a pitching developmental guru, but her in-game management of the pitching staff has been suspect since she arrived.
