I think we'd all have preferred a run rule, but baseball is nuts. UCLA most likely comes through the loser's bracket and still wins, but I'd rather be where we are than having to play an extra game to advance.
A win is a win. Take it any day. And frankly, think this team needs to win ugly to keep going. Let's accept it and recognize most games probably gonna be nail biters vs hitting beat downs.

I got here late, but was actually surprised by the mildness of the thread given the score. Maybe the baseball board fan base is maturing and mellowing out.

Scuffling is a couple of weeks. Sucking for 75% of the season isn't scuffing - especially batting cleanup. Freshman wall for some of the guys - just a reality. Not changing the lineup or having the depth to do so - a coaching issue.

Disagree. Piling on posters who throw tantrums mid-game should be fair game. Especially in baseball in the playoffs.

If a team starts 0-1 or 1-1, they must win 4 total games to win regionals (5 games played)
Crazy game. We are on the way to Early being escorted out of town by the sheriff and told don't come back and come back to win it by two.

Played golf today because I figured we'd run rule them again since last time was 25-5. I was shocked to see the box score. Glad we won.
