You're right. I can't blame the resell market, offhand.

But you sincerely think that all of the people waiting for season tickets don't deserve them because they were unwilling to buy tickets second-hand (if they were even offered)? A big, big part of our baseball season ticket holders got tickets because of their football donations over the years and don't necessarily care about baseball. These people were growing in number the last few years I had tickets (2013 was my final season). I don't know if they sat on their tickets, were unable to sell them, or had mechanical breakdowns on the way to the park. Does it really matter?

I don't think we're ever going to be able to consistently fill these seats. It doesn't mean there isn't a huge list of people who wouldn't make every game if given the chance. You're essentially saying that we have to get our softest fans using their tickets before we give more fans a chance.

Replay showed him catching his full weight coming down from the jump with his armpit on the fence. Looked like it hurt, although I guess he should be glad it's too high to hurdle or he could have landed on a worse spot.
