Do you feel that somehow the facility in the works (that Pat Henry describes as 1st class) isn't good enough?

I'm not sure it is very productive to write letters to the AD/Chancellor to convince them to build a facility that is in the works is very useful. I would expect you would just get back a letter saying send us some money.
