You claim someone fouled. Probably the Florida coach protesting Moen-Davis' 5th jump that put her in front of Ciarra Brewer. Nothing else would make sense.

Edit: He could have been protesting his own athlete's foul - she fouled on her last three attempts.

I believe you can ask for a measurement if your jump is deemed a foul. It would then be reviewed by camera and a decision is made.
It is similar to how Brea Garrett won the indoor weight throw. Her throw was deemed a foul throw however she asked for a measurement and have it reviewed and she won the championship. Maybe the Florida jumper did that on her last jump especially if she thought it was a big jump.
