I'd just like an example to illustrate what I'm clearly missing.

JLD is funny. Tony Hale is funny. Matt Walsh is greatness. But it feels like the satire reduces to a bunch of overcussing and relatively consequence-free bumbling. Jonah is an epic ass-whip.

I guess I'm a hater, but anything involving Big Head even tickles me more than most of Veep.

i'll grant it's funny

but it's NPR funny. like where the right kind of white people deem it to be funny and we're all supposed to knowingly nod our heads at each other because if we don't we won't be considered the right kind of white person.

No worries

SV and Veep have great takes on two different worlds and both are cast very, very well.

Id love to see a crossover episode where Pied Piper has to lobby the goverment for something.

Agreed. I knew it was going to come crashing down somehow, but loved that Erlich at least got his triple spotlights and was able to go into his speech before he got tackled.
