*Big T seems like a real gem and seems like she would be super fun to hang out with
*The whole "fight" between Devin and Amber was so stupid and hearing Devin say that he was going to "make her exit" and her replying "make me exit" was so weird and funny.
*This episode was filled with TJ gold. He is aging like fine wine and anytime he cracks up laughing is always amazing. Him laughing at all the teams failing at the drone challenge was great.
*Drone challenge-I was trying to remember any recent daily that was not physical at ALL that wasn't a puzzle. Kind of an interesting change that challenged a whole different skill set. I do think it would've been more interesting if they had different heats, like run the drone out on field, then the first few teams that are top in that heat move in to a harder course, then the best teams of that move in to the cave which clearly was very difficult. Seems like that would have given more of a fighting chance for everyone.
*Devin and Tori's communication during the daily was excellent and I love their friend/hate banter.
*Josh fronting to Jay and Jay replying "I will STEP in your MOUTH" cracked me up.
*When Fessy and Aneesa get called down and Josh keeps saying "Woooooow" over and over again and Nany shushes him with irritation made me laugh...she was like an annoyed mother.

*Fessy could beat almost any of those guys in a hall brawl, why ask to get thrown in against his "friend "?
*Per reddit Nelly had dislocated his finger at the semi truck challenge and he and Cory popped it back in and didn't tell production. Nelly apparently couldn't close his hand and was in pain and the only people knew about it were Cory and...Fessy. During the hall brawl Fessy was intentionally going after Nelly's bad hand, throwing sand in his eyes, etc., really dirty fighting. I understand wanting to win but trying to deliberately hurt someone, especially someone you call a friend, is really crappy.
On a random side note, I'm concurrently rewatching Exes 2 and Nia just drank a cup of Zac's sweat on a bet and it was disgusting

I hope TJ never goes away. Everytime he calls out the challengers for playing scared or says run my final, I laugh.
I love Devin and Tori's love/hate relationship. Surprised he chose someone he doesnt get along with but obviously that move paid off. He may be the most strategic player since Wes.

Nelson said that was true. He also had a strained back going into that elimination and hasn't spoke to fessi since the sand that night. He was on tori and aneesa's podcast.
Devin and Tori are great together. They both want to win and agree on that and pretty much nothing else.

Man, I really thought we were going to get rid of Josh that episode. He sucks. Good on Fessy for getting a skull, but it did look like played dirty and didn't do that great for a college TE.

I didn't realize that about CT either. I always thought he was 6'5. Couldn't sworn I saw that somewhere.
I met CT in Boston a few summers ago. He having dinner at the same restaurant. Im 6'0" and he was a little taller give or take. Not sure what kind of shoes he had on.

The whole switching partners so often kind of cheapens this season for me. Feels kind of gimmicky and dont know if the producers thought this through completely. Hope they dont go back to this format again.
I love CT and Big T's relationship. Its kind of flirty, kind of mentor/mentee. Either way, I like it.
I like the format as a change of pace. It really throws a wrench in some of their games. Devin choosing Tori completely changed the game.

I like the partner trading twist. Think that it's making things interesting. I don't really care for the rookies, they do seem like a bunch of scrubs (besides Lolo and Nam) game-wise and entertainment-wise.
I honestly think Fessy should have stayed with Anessa last time, so I think this is good for him to be paired with her again.

Gold chains???? Kc, Josh, kam, fess... all over a black shirt. Guess I'm not hip or with it enough to know if that's trendy right now but personally dislike. Also Josh should not wear turtlenecks.
Like the house layout the more they show, the work out area is nice. Glad they've gone away from trying to make them all miserable in a bunker. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the vets wouldn't sign on if production kept making the living conditions so awful.

She was great back when she was on Amazing Race with her twinnie and then of course on Survivor. I'm disappointed we don't get to see how far she'd go but you know she'll be back.
Security breach= millionaire Mitchell, cool twist bringing back the person Nat sent home.
Ashley Mitchell needs to lay off the filler or botox or whatever she's doing... she's looking too waxy and older than she is

Today all upper body....super hard for women. Makes it extra impressive that T hung on as long as she did

That Big T growl had me cracking up! And the look, or non look, on TJ's face, just like nothing out of the ordinary for him. TJ is gold on these shows. I hope he never retires. Im sure they are, but I wonder if TJ is friends with these guys in real life.
Weird for Josh to go so over the top at Fessi when it was later discovered it was all a show and he asked Tori not to send him in against Nelson. Surprised Tori didnt say anything to him right then and there.
Tori played such a messy game this season. Surprised because she is usually well liked and plays a good game.
I don't think tori's was rigged, but she was trying to tip it before it got the little track stop thing. She did it wrong in my opinion.

No Cara no Bananas really helps the other cast members get some airtime
I went to Alaska with some buddies in August and we were north of the Arctic Circle and it looked similar to what we've seen this season.

I think they've slightly pivoted in how they present the overall cast to the audience, at least from how I remember. Though you may be right in that bananas and Cara (and a couple more) just hogged drama/camera time so much that it got tiring.
Bananas is definitely a camera hog but Cara Maria over the years has gotten so bitter and like a shell of her former self. Its like so many of these returning vets can set the game aside outside of "work" and she just can't let things go. Plus Paulie is horrible.
I assume she'll be back at some point, but she was getting toxic for the show.
The hypocrisy that Bananas brings is what drives me the most insane. Re-watching old seasons and hes such a doooooosh.

Agreed. This weeks episode was blah compared to the rest of the season.
