Final dub was aired today. I'm glad I waited to binge it because some of the episodes would've been difficult to wait for. I think this season was just as good with the earlier seasons though I do miss the action which entirely unique.
On the whole I think Eren still has a motive beyond Zeke's plan. All of his motivations go back to the initial attack where his mother was killed. He could plan to destroy Marley given his coldness at the beginning regarding the collateral damage In Marley. But this reeks of a "Zero Requiem" type plan within a plan like in Code Geass. I think he intends to absorb all the 9 titans' power then die alone preventing transformations in the bloodline, which is why he insulted and hurt his best friends. The sterilization plan just seems too cruelly eugenic.
EDIT: I forgot to mention that Levi is the real hero at this point. Such a ruthless and efficient SOB that you can't help but root for him. seriously though he took down 30 titans and Zeke like it was nothing, infact Zeke never stood a chance. I only fault Levi that he didn't put the bomb in Zeke's neck where the Titan's are most vulnerable.
