But I'm dying at the meet and Greet.. only $125! Just a $80 premium over the ticket itself lol.
I feel those 3 bands could easily hit a real tour circuit.. HOB, theaters, etc. But looking at the tour.. new braunfels, odessa, christoval, goliad. .WTF!
Who in the **** tours to Christoval TX. I had to look that one up. Goliad too.

Three bands, three hits, to use that term very loosely. I doubt HOB books one hit wonders unless the hit is something like Ice Ice Baby.
those 3 bands have 20 million records sold.Philo B 93 said:62strat said:hah hoobatsank lit and alien ant farm. That ain't half bad lol. House of Blues is a 4th or 5th tier venue in most cities now -- they absolutely book bands like that.

Yeah. HOB used to be the place to go for big concerts. Other than going to see Randy Rogers/Wade Bowen a couple months ago, I can't think of the last time they had someone worth going to see.

Chris just finished a 4 hour straight Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers one man band show in memory of the 5th anniversary of Tom passing that was mind blowing. Mike Campbell got a real gem.Echoes97 said:

Back in college my band Burning Midget had a song called 'The onset of the fimbul winter upon amon amarth' lol.

I watched several of the songs on the stream, he is so great! Loved it! "Bar owners hate me" haha.
How was this Pumpkins and Jane's show? Wanted to go but no way I had the energy after Ohana.
I didn't end up getting to go because an offer came in on my dad's house (that I'm selling) and I ended up spending the evening dealing with that. Sucks, bass player in my band went and said it was a big rock show. Hate I missed it, but have seen both bands before, though I really wanted to see Jane's with Avery back on bass!
And I'm dying to see that Morcheeba show but can't. "Big Calm" is a top 20 album all time for me. Enjoy!
Oh man, Big Calm was absolutely a game changer for me, introduced me to a whole new world of music I was ignorant of at the time (~2001 or so). I've probably listened to that record 1000 times. Turned into a big fan of Morcheeba, and this will be my first time to ever see them, cannot wait!!! Love their latest record too, it's great.
looks like just 20 songs.BTHOthatguy said:
Saw Jane's Addiction and Smashing Pumpkins.
Perry and company sounded great.
Billy… man play the hits and move on. Set was way too long. Half the arena had left by the end.

Should have gone to see Andrew Bird at the White Oak Music Hall. Amazing band, amazing music, a show like I had never seen before with a fully engaged crowd the whole time. Loved every minute of it!
