Sad, what kind of **** was he going through? I feel like the older gen of musicians that have already been through this stuff with their friends when they were younger would stay away from it. But, hard to judge and shouldn't speculate until the details come out.

I'm ****ing devastated. I love the foo fighters. Losing Taylor is the second worst thing to losing Dave. Im literally at a loss of words. My wife doesn't get it, but I'm genuinely bummed.

Just sucks. I feel so fortunate that I finally got to see foo fighters in concert a couple years ago. That will probably be the best and last great rock concert I ever attend.

He recently spoke his own tribute to Neil Peart's passing a couple years ago. This is out of nowhere. Dave losing two close band mates. Very sad.

He's supposedly been sober since his overdose in 2001, so not fair to jump to conclusions yet. Given his history and the location, though, it's tough not to.

Dave has had some really awful luck with losing people. Not only Taylor and Kurt, but he also lost his best friend to an overdose back in the 00's.
