Yes! forgot about that episode... was one of my favorites

Your thoughts on the current controlled extraterrestrial reality disclosure process and related US GOV cover-up?
When the nervous contagious giggling subsides, how will our civilization adapt to this publicly known reality?
What might be some of the potential implications of disclosure of this reality? New energy sources perhaps? Religions? History?
Do we really want to know the full truth?
All of history would be reevaluated as people looked for signs of encounters in the past. And religion as we know it would cease to exist... it wouldn't go away, but all theologies would have to fundamentally change to either accept or explain away the new data.
I mean... I'm not 100% sure any of us actually exists to begin with, so I could handle the new reality without much headache, I think. It might get me to watch the news again.
Slow release of the info we have seems to be the strategy. Slowly acclimating people.

Yes, absolutely. There will be some initial fallout if it turns out we are just an alien experiment - designed by aliens, planted here by aliens, and monitored by aliens - but I still want to know.Charles Hickson Knows said:

Anything else you want to try and pick apart/challenge psychologically, re: my interest in the subject? You seem VERY concerned with that side of things.

Only toward aTmAg, and it's not simply because he has a "different viewpoint." It's because he's a proud contrarian for the sole sake of disagreement, and is notorious for arguing every subject under the sun for days on end, in thread after thread after thread. He's said multiple times over the years that his only purpose is to argue and challenge the posters of *this* board, specifically, as if on some evangelical mission. In other words, my "aggressive/aggravated" attitude is toward that mentality, not necessarily toward anyone not believing in aliens or whatever.
Otherwise, most conversations on this topic are pretty civil. Granted, when someone scoffs at or mocks those of us interested in aliens and the like, I'm going to clap back, but I definitely don't go around picking fights on the subject, if that's what you're implying.

From my POV, the reason I have targeted you on occasion is because you repeatedly bash posters on F-16 as being "knuckle draggers", undesirables, bad, evil, etc.. Even when there are no F-16 posters on the thread.TCTTS said:
Would love to see how you would react if people challenged half of everything you posted, no matter how innocuous, constantly called you out, and made numerous snide comments about you, day after day, like you just did. I have a "chip on my shoulder" because a certain contingent on this board revels in bashing me/Hollywood, for the dumbest sh*t, and when I react I'm made to look like the aggressor/the one being unreasonable. I'm not saying that's what's happening in this instance, but it's one of the reasons I react the way I do from time to time. It just gets really f/cking old.
Post a link then. You got stars, you can search back a long time.TCTTS said:
Dude, come on. You've said almost those exact words, nearly verbatim, multiple times. You absolutely play up the heel/contrarian thing, proudly boast about it, and I could easily find fifty people on this board who would agree with me, no question. Now you're just gaslighting.
By that, I clearly mean that is the reason a lot of people respond with disagreements to your posts. If you were to post calling black people "nuckledraggers" you should expect a lot of black people to call you out on it. That's not them being the bad guy, that's on you.TCTTS said:
So you just admitted that you and other people on F16 "target" and "take aim" at me. And then when I react that I'm being targeted/aimed at, I'm the bad guy for calling a spade a spade? I seriously cannot believe that's your defense.

What I HAVE done is post extra when people demand I leave a thread. If a jackass demands I stop using the letter A, then I'm going to post 10 pages of "AAAAA..." in response. I'm not going to give in to "terrorism". But I don't join threads for the sake of being contrarian. If that were the case, I could join pretty much any thread on this board and find something I disagree with. I only participate in threads where I watch the show or have interest.
I put terrorism in quotes. Do you not understand how that works in English? If I was literally calling it terrorism (like the ISIS variety), I would have left those off. All I'm saying is that if some jackass demands I do X, then I'm going to do the opposite of X.TCTTS said:aTmAg said:Post a link then. You got stars, you can search back a long time.TCTTS said:

The fact that you just referred to posters posting on this board as "terrorism" when being annoying by your posting habits answers the question pretty definitively. No need for me to go searching.
And with that, I'm out. This thread made for some interesting discussion, but per usual it turned into a sh*t show, and just isn't worth the engagement anymore.

Absolutey. But evidently, many beneficial items related to energy, transportation and even medicine are tied up with the reality. This is why disclosure needs to happen. Then, those can be released.AliasMan02 said:Charles Hickson Knows said:Do you think the fear of societal collapse due to the revealing of the truth of et involvement in the development of the major religions might cause the gate-keepers of the reality to intensely try to cover it up? I think whatever gatekeeping is being done, or would be done, would be by our government and those elsewhere in the world. There are plenty of logical, if unethical, reasons our government would try and hide major society-breaking events from us. Politics and religion intertwine, and I'm not sure you could predict how a sudden breakdown or realignment in faith would impact our government or society as a whole.
