Maybe not quite like Quantumania but you have a ducking flesh satellite
I've read this sentence ten times trying to understand what the hell you're talking about.

I think this is genuinely the first time he’s ever publicly acknowledged that he’s in these movies https://t.co/xD3NOqT00O

That's more like it, Marvel. Happy to say my concerns were unfounded.
By far the best MCU since Endgame, outside of NWH. (Granted, not that high a bar.)
Emotional, well-paced, and hilarious. Far better than 2, but not as good as 1. Not far behind though.
Also, THIS would've been a better big bad than Kang. He is far more intimidating than Kang, and a better actor too.

Right now, it's looking like Guardians Vol 3 might not even do as well as Ant-Man/Wasp: Quantumania, so we're definitely seeing a Marvel backlash that is going to really throw off what was expected to be one of the summer's biggest blockbusters

in finding this REEEEEEEEEEALLLLLLLLY hard to believe. The 96% fan rating on rotten tomatoes combined with how full theatre seats already were when trying to buy tickets a few weeks ago tells me this is definitely going to be better performing than antman.TCTTS said:Right now, it's looking like Guardians Vol 3 might not even do as well as Ant-Man/Wasp: Quantumania, so we're definitely seeing a Marvel backlash that is going to really throw off what was expected to be one of the summer's biggest blockbusters

First I've heard of a Marvel backlash. I think he chose the wrong word there. "Fatigue" is probably a better one.TCTTS said:Right now, it's looking like Guardians Vol 3 might not even do as well as Ant-Man/Wasp: Quantumania, so we're definitely seeing a Marvel backlash that is going to really throw off what was expected to be one of the summer's biggest blockbusters

The worlds greatest come back story
Agree with this 100%. I'm a huge Marvel fan. Every film used to be something my wife and I would be at first viewing open night. Now we're slated for Sunday just because we didn't feel like doing it last night.Farmer1906 said:
MCU films once seemed like an event. Now there is so much content across the D+ shows, more movies, more crossovers, less of the beloved characters, its 100% over saturated. Add in the movies went from a lock to be good to great to now very hit or miss.
But I don't want to weigh down the GotG thread with this. I'm pumped to see it. Going to the IMAC on Sunday.

I'll say this….if this movie under performs then there will DEFINITELY be some back pedaling on the BO projection bets that were going on over on the MCU thread about The Marvels

I have not seen Loce and Thunder or Quantumania. Do I need to watch those prior to GOTG3?

Speaking of, I haven't seen Porkchop around here for days. He even missed May the 4th. I hope everything's ok.
pretty much. You could probably find it on YouTube honestly…but search at your own risk cause there's probably videos out there already with spoiler thumbnails on them….Farmer1906 said:caleblyn said:

I haven't seen it yet, but I would recommend the first 5 min of Thor. It answers why Thor isn't with them.
