A bit shocked to not see a thread yet. Season 2 premieres tonight at 8 Central. I for one am glad to pick this up quickly after Ahsoka wrapped up. Finished my rewatch last week as well as Ant Man and the Wasp Quantumania.

Last we saw was Mobius and Loki in the 1800's I believe with Kang talking.

Of course I spell Loki incorrectly in the title. Staff feel free to edit.

Halfway through. Already several good laughs in this episode.

Well I absolutely loved that. Still have very little idea what's going on, but it was great. The action was turned up to 11 the whole episode.

Ke Huy Quan seems like a nice addition to the cast.

FYI, There is a post credit scene...

I saw under the impression it was silvie. There's no set direction yet, this started fun.

Yeah it just looked like we saw the pruner when he disappeared which would mean it was behind him but I was watching on a phone in rough seas so I could very well be wrong. That was the only reason I thought it may not be her.

Well, even if I barely know wtf is going on I absolutely loved that episode

We didn't make 5 minutes in before Mrs Mathguy looked at me with the "I am totally lost" look. So we bailed and started binging S1. Should have done this a couple of weeks ago.

Awesome episode what a great start!

My theory so far:

Someone or something was causing Loki to timeslip because the occurrences were too convenient….some being was showing him exactly what he needed to see so he could succeed…..and whatever that being is is also what pruned him from behind right when he saw Sylvie….I'm already guessing Mrs Minutes has something to do with this but that's just a random guess….

I also say this because based on trailers we do know Loki isn't some time slipping as we see him do it in the real world at the jet ski sales place….but he seems to be more in control over it in that scene….hmmmmmmmmmmm….

Also, it would appear the Sylvie we see in the post credits scene is coming straight from killing He Who Remains and seems pretty distraught that her actions have basically doomed all existence….

Overall what an awesome start!!!! Picked up right where things left off and honestly I'm a sucker for time travel stuff when you get too immediately see past and present interacting like we did…..

after reading this went right back to watch that scene again….

definitely wasn't Sylvie as he was pruned from behind and she's in front of him…..also I tried really hard to see a body behind him and I'll you can see is a floating prune stick which makes me think even more so that it's mrs minutes

I'm guessing future Mobius, Loki, or OB. The TVA might be falling apart because if that future (past?) Loki isn't pruned, you have a time paradox, so there will be a future episode where they are racing to prune that Loki and doing so will save the TVA from its critical meltdown.

That was a solid start with some fun attention to detail. I forgot how much I get a kick out of the set design, too.

Absolutely great start to the news season. This series is hands down ahead of all the other Marvel D+ series on acting alone. I have no idea where this season is going, but I was left wanting more and disappointed as I thought this was a double episode drop.
