I don't know if he can file in the 9th district appeals court, but the 9th th district appeals court initiates an automatic stay on any immigration appeals. And then you get to stay even longer.

Here's hoping he lives his dream and meets the business end of an IDF missile.

There should no place in this country for Islamo-Fascism. Good to see a President firmly confront the issue and protect our Jewish population whether they support him or not.
