DOJ/FBI concluded in July that the disclosure of those files would not be "appropriate or warranted."

Many of the files that were reviewed earlier this year relate to DOJ/FBI's 2006-2008 investigation of Epstein. The bulk of those records haven't been released yet.

You are seeing source material, not vetted material. So if I called in to the FBI in 2022 and said Donald Trump peed on alien hookers then through their bodies into the Black See and rode a dragon back to Florida, there would be a document saying as such.

Why include the reference to Franklin Credit Union scandal?

I mean, that would seem to undermine Epstein being a grand manipulator and more likely ran a small, but well finance and well connected young tail escort service that at times included underage girls.

When you are entrapping creeps with pedophilia, you better have your ducks in a row not to be charged yourself. Why would the coordinators risk it knowing they would be the first hung out to dry if it ever blew up?

There were quite a few pedo / satanic cult cases in the time of Franklin Credit Union that similarly turned out to be hoaxes. FBI may be able to cover some stuff up, but creating convincing "hoax" narratives to cover up child sex trafficking is not going to fly with enough people to stay hidden.
