At least check VATS every now and then, if VATS says you have a 36% chance to hit the head I would assume down the sights is the similar.

Well it's not what they think, but what they will charge. And they plan on charging you over $60 if you buy everything separately and not a season pass. As of now I plan on buying the season pass before March so I can get everything for $30.
