Why do snipers have no flinch? They decided to make every other gun handle like you're dragging it through molasses and then made the snipers faster than they've been since like MW3.

Why am I dying in one shot to pistols and marksman rifles

The try hard bundle of twigs running around with knives and shields are FING aggravating. The 1st real adjustment as a download will be massive.

Marksman rifles need a huge nerf. The ****in 1 shot pistol needs a huge nerf. Sprint out times need to be faster. Trophies shouldn't block streaks. Subs need a buff in general. Those are my main complaints right now for stuff they'd actually be willing to fix.

Apparently, decoy grenades boost your weapon XP to help with camos. That's why every lobby has about 15 of those things going off at all times. Might give that a try.

Interesting. I actually have yet to see a single decoy. Most run trophy system with hardpoint/dom

I mean the tactical slot grenade. You ever see those flashing dots on the ground that show up on the radar and make gun noises? People throw those all game.

Only on Texags and r/MW2 will people criticize you for having feedback during week 1 of a new COD game when half the stuff in the game needs tweaks like it does every single year. I guess I should just be excited that snipers zoom in 3x faster than a sub and that I can get mapped in one shot by a revolver.

Rumor is Hotel map is gonna go away due to legal issues like museum. Idk how they didn't know that would be an issue. Hotel is the best map right now, so I hope they expedite some of the remake releases so we're not playing like 4 maps over and over.

I guess I don't really see an issue in bringing up things that can be improved on a game in a discussion forum about said game. That's pretty standard on the internet. Not sure what the point of the thread is if things can't be discussed.

It's been "combative" here towards the negatives I've brought up since the beginning of the thread, so yeah I'm gonna double down and defend my arguments. This is the nerdery, after all. MaroonStain just voiced complaints about "tryhards" with riot shields and knives, and you had no issue with that.

I actually have been enjoying the game this weekend. It's been fun playing COD again.

What does this mean? I lit up some guy with riot gear last night. Went like 6-1 with him on the round. Felt like an easy target running at me with a shield. Just retreat backwards and light em up.

Basically, if you call in a VTOL and shoot at someone that has a riot shield, they can block your shots and then have god mode after that. I don't know of any other way to do the glitch, so it doesn't happen in most rounds.

Side note, I've had some hilarious encounters with riot shielders. I usually just start crouch spamming and messing around with them. Saw a 1v1 in SND yesterday between two riot shielders and we were cracking up.

Drill charge works good on the riot shield.

One thing I noticed over the weekend is squad spawns have gotten extremely aggressive in this game compared to MW2019. You can be pushing a Hardpoint where there's one guy left before a full team wipe (which should already be spawning them all out) and the whole team starts spawning directly on top of him in the point. It's making the flow of these games really weird at times, specifically in Hardpoint and HQ where the focus is a single hill.

The weird part is it actually can often end up being a spawn trap because you get stuck in the loop of spawning on a lone teammate before everyone has died at that location, which is the opposite effect of what they were trying to do by switching from enemy based spawns where spawn traps can be more common.

Seeing a lot of posts about it on Reddit and twitter too. It wasn't this blatant in MW2019 or vanguard, so I guess people are starting to take notice. I'll be interested to see if they address it. I'm not sure how the CDL is gonna be able to use this spawn system for competitive play.

I was getting irritated because the game was crashing like crazy. I found a video recommending to turn off upscaling (settings/graphics/quality). After turning that off, it hasn't crashed yet. I will turn it back on and try once either the game or NVidia release an update.

FWIW, I installed the 526.61 hotfix that IW recommended before I started playing the game, and I haven't had a single crash. Anyone with crashing issues might try that as well.

I'll look for that and try it when I get home.

So 3rd person mosh pit is great! It has replaced the division for my limited online gameplay.

It's surprising how bad the subs are right now. 74U is basically the only usable sub, and it's technically an AR.

Not sure what you guys are doing, but I use the FSS Hurricane SMG and am killing it.

But at the same time, I have different loadouts for different game types and maps. I use the Hurricane on games like TDM or Kill Confirmed or if the map is mainly indoors with no long shots. For Domination and HQ, I tend to use my M4 or 556 loadouts.

I don't know if I've unlocked that gun yet, but I'm not a huge fan of the default class with the hurricane. Felt like a pea shooter. The Vaznev is probably my favorite SMG, but it feels very inconsistent to me. Hit reg feels weird with it too. M4 and 74U feel the best to me.

As stated in their official blog, loadouts will be part of warzone 2.0. The differences will be the ones that drop during the game will be open to everyone, rather than having your own personal one that drops. Additionally, rather than being able to purchase a loadout drop from a buy station, now called a shop, you can purchase your primary weapon from your created loadouts. Lastly, there are some AI controlled locations (strongholds and black sites) where you can earn your loadout from.

Other interesting changes:
1. Backpacks. When you kill someone, they drop their primary weapon and their backpack. Similar to Apex Legends, but not identical, you can grab stuff out of their backpack.
2. Gulag. Gulags will be 2v2. Additionally, after a certain amount of time passes, a tougher AI called the jailer will be inserted into the Gulag. If the jailer is killed, all 4 Gulag members reenter the game. So you can either decide to go for the kill in the Gulag to eliminate 2 players, or you can wait it out and kill the jailer so everyone returns.

Damn. I was hoping they'd stick with no loadouts. Makes it more accessible for people without the base game and for people who just don't want to be constantly keeping up with the meta loadouts.
