Mark Scarnardo told me a couple of months ago they they owned the land just to the South of Farm Patch and were going to expand on that parcel of land instead of building a new facility behind where Razoo's is located, which was the initial plan.
The Scarmardo's own that center across from the Hilton & they spent their own $$$ putting the "street" in that connects University Drive to Lincoln between Blue Baker & Rosa's.

That is part of the game and how it's played. That's part of development - spending developer money to upgrade/upsize water & sewer lines, extend/add sidewalks and streets, etc. 'That's the way baseball go.'

This is my shocked face. When are the voters in this town going to wake up and realize that electing a bunch of academics with very little real world knowledge on anything, isn't exactly a great idea for the prosperity our city? These people ought to be embarrassed and ashamed. But they are so arrogant and have such an insane level of hubris, that they are not. They paid millions more for a functionally obsolete facility than what an investor/flipper paid just a matter of months before. What's their attitude on this in the aftermath? "Oh well, is what its....It will just be our cross to bear going forward"Captn_Ag05 said:

Maloney, Harvell and Cunha are up for reelection in November.
A good place to start this November would be to vote for whatever candidate is not endorsed by CSAN.Captn_Ag05 said:Harvell is term limited so will not be up again.MsDoubleD81 said:
