Wound healing, skin tighter especially in face. Not that I care about this but I've noticed it's harder to pin now so it's like my skin is thicker. I've researched it apparently it's a thing and supposedly good

To add to the previous discussion, I found this website today and so far it appears to have solid information (based on my level of knowledge). I may put it in the Rolodex as reference material for research/dosages/etc....

I am hoping for the tighter skin in the face. Getting old sucks.

You're welcome. His podcast (and videos linked at the bottom of his emails) are also a wealth of information.

What peptides are you thinking of running?

Reta/Tesa

I started on Sermorelin before I found this post. Had decent results. Really trying to get under 13% body fat. I have hit a plateau

I am taking GHK to try and get rid of some wrinkles from weight loss and MOTS-C on cardio days. May not re-up the MOTS-C not sure if it's done much.

Nice.

I like tesa (or at least some GH factor) when running reta. I started reta just over 3 weeks ago and for the first 2 weeks I was finishing up tesa/ipa as well. I lost weight but kept muscle really well. Now that I haven't had GH support for a week I can tell muscle mass is starting to drop a little more.

My one week off of Reta turned into three when the colonoscopy doc called to remind me that mine was due. They say to stop glps for two weeks. Worked ok I suppose. Scheduled for next Monday.

Haven't regained any weight. Notice a little more hunger and food noise but not bad.

Will restart next week after the colonoscopy. Really want to focus on visceral fat, that is my main problem area. Seems like Tesa and Reta combo is the way to go. What is the recommended tesa protocal? Anything else I should think about including? Want to try and do an intense couple of months and get closer to my goal. I'm and old at 55, if it matters.

I like 1mg/day of tesa, before bed, at least 90 minutes after eating. Do that 5 days on, 2 off, for 8 weeks.

Same age for me. I would also make sure testosterone is good.

Agree with this. Definitely at 55 I'd make sure testosterone is where it should be, and if you aren't on TRT, that will be a huge help. And then also think about supplementing your natural GH in some way.

I tried trt at one point years ago. Didn't notice a huge improvement. Had a side effect of REALLY bad painful acne on my chest and back. Got bad enough that I had to stop it. I was doing the injections. Maybe there is another method that would be better. Kind of scared to try it again.

A lot of times the carrier oil can be the culprit. Splitting up injections helps as well. How many times per week were you injecting?

Honestly don't remember. It was one of those pcp deals where I asked about it. He checked and said you are on the low end of the range. I said I want to be optimal not "within a range". He was easy going and prescribed it, but wasn't particularly knowledgeable or helpful about it.

If you want someone else to talk too my TRT Dr is located in Frisco. He's a urologist who does TRT.

My T levels are good for my age. Don't know if I have had HGH levels tested

To add to this, I plan on supplementing GH soon and will also add IGF-1LR3 to my current stack until I can cycle back onto tesa/ipa. I want to always be supporting GH while using reta.
