Do you mind sharing where you ordered your Reta from? I'm interested in starting it but want to make sure I'm getting it from a reputable source. Thanks

What amount are you pinning every 4 days? 1 mg, 2mg?

Probably a little less than 1 mg

Saw some research that 4mg dosage of Reta is when the glucagon agonist really starts making the most effective impact. Upped mine to that mark, will report back. Blood work coming this week, should be a nice before/after since my last blood work around Christmas (down 30 pounds since).

Mainly been a lurker here and have used peptides in past with mixed results. I'm 42 and 6'2 and have fluctuated between 220 and 230 for the last 5 years. Have an outdoor job so always getting over 10k steps and don't eat horribly but can't break thru to get lower. Always inflammed and suspect some insulin resistance

I started retatrutude two weeks ago (0.5mg on Monday and Thursday each week) after tons of research and reading here. Started at 224 and this morning at 217 and feeling as good as I have in forever. Haven't changed diet much at all other than haven't snacked much. Maybe this is placebo but feel like inflammation is way down and everything.

I've scoured the internet trying to find people talk about bad experiences with it and it seems if dose is right I can't find any.

So my questions are:

1. What am i missing? There's got to be a catch here.

2. Should I be stocking up on this? I know it can basically last forever in the freezer in powder form. I could basically get a lifetime supply for me and my wife to use whenever needed for under 500. I can't imagine what Eli Lilly will charge. Huberman is already calling this a trillion dollar drug.

Has anyone tried Pentadeca Arginate (PDA)? I am about to start injections for the shoulder pain I posted here about a while back.

Pill form or injectable? I read an article that the arginate is added to BP-157 to improve ability to survive gut acid and therefore get more of it into the body

I know a couple of the guys at my gym that competed this past fall used it and speak of how great it worked.

Huberman is definitely pimping it out right now - I just question whether that's genuine scientific praise or some sort of financial motivation behind the scenes. He's not known for the latter but just interestingly bold statements, hopefully just based on the science.

I just bought my first peptides from Biolongevity Labs. They are having a 30% off for Valentine's sale. I got the regeno - it's the wolverine stack but also has cartalax. I'm hoping it will help with my chronic Achilles tendinitis and a couple other annoying spots I have (hip and knee).

You're on the right track and everything you posted is correct.

It will be the highest selling pharma drug of all time. That being said, yeah you might stock up. I bought several 30mg kits for my wife and I so we're good for 3 years. Lilly will bring it to market this year and will aggressively enforce their patent on the grey market vendors and compounders. That being said you'll still always be able to get it, you would just have to be a much more sophisticated buyer and can't just order what you need that month off the clear net. I.e. ordering overseas in bulk and getting it third party tested etc.

Keep your doses low, split them up to avoid sides. You still can't behave like a dumpster fire but it def helps move the needle in your favor.

I am going to take the local Pentadeca Arginate injections in combination with oral meloxicam. Whenever I would get posterior tibia tendonitis my girlfriend would just write me a script for meloxicam and it would take car of the issue in a couple weeks. I usually flairs up once or twice a year due to long distance running. Might try asking for Mobic from your doctor.

It will. Cartalax is awesome, I'm running it right now actually and it's helped my creaky hip immensely.

Where can you get a lifetime supply for that?

I am similar lurking on this thread and trying different things. Nothing has really been terribly impressive so far.

Purchased from the Onyx Research recommendation in a previous post. Good experience. They have 3 vial powder packages for $199. May need to stock up.

Started on Reta a week ago at .5 every three days. Would like to lose around 25lb. I tried ozempic several years ago through my Doc. Aside from the insane expense, I eventually stopped because of the side effect of terrible acid reflux at night, even though I was not hungry and lost weight (did not stay off, but my habits got worse after due to life.)

Definitely noticed the lack of appetite immediately. Was pretty run down last weekend from not really eating much. The micro dosing seems to be helping with the side effects. Though I had bad reflux last night. Seems I need to have dinner pretty early, which is hard many days. Have been working to eat smart and some even though not hungry and that has helped with the energy level. No desire to snack. Have lost 4 - 5 lbs in the week of time, though I want to be smart about it and be able to sustain the loss, not just starvation loss that rebounds back higher.. Hoping for some general decrease in inflammation as well.

I've bought from Peptira. Prices are decent. I'm not trying to lose a ton of weight same with my wife just need a jolt. So if I buy 10 vials to freeze that should last us a long time to pull one out whenever needed

Weekly update (adding skeletal muscle mass history):

Initial weigh in: 233 lbs / 18.5 PBF
Week 1: 231.8 lbs / 17.8 PBF / 110.9 SMM
Week 2: 230.8 lbs / 18.0 PBF / 109.4 SMM
Week 3: 226.3 lbs / 18.8 PBF / 106.7 SMM
Week 4: 225.6 lbs / 18.0 PBF / 107.1 SMM
Week 5: 226.7 lbs / 16.6 PBF / 109.6 SMM
Week 6: 227.3 lbs / 16.5 PBF / 109.8 SMM

Not bad maintaining during a work travel week and only getting into the gym on Friday. Another work travel week coming up, so will only get into the gym Mon and Fri this week.

Ordered CJC/IPA with V-day 25% promo code from Polaris (Onyx has a code too). Plans to cycle this peptide in with Reta beginning March 1st.

I'm still injecting MWF after CrossFit workouts and my muscles aren't nearly as sore as usual. I'd attribute this to a combo of wolverine and taking a rest day on Tues & Thurs.

I have several slipped discs in my back and neck, and haven't noticed any changes in those pain levels.

Anyone try alternative stem cell therapy for disc issues and nerve pain?

Anyone here used GHK-Cu and noticed a difference with skin? I work as a sports turf manager so I'm outside 10 hours a day. I use mineral sunscreen and all that I can. Everyone I know that does this for a living looks 70 years old when they are 50 from sun damage and I'm trying my best to avoid that. Just curious before I give it a cycle

Glow blend will definitely help with your skin. Hence the name.

Also melanotan 1 is pretty amazing for summer tan, and is protective for your skin.

So you'd recommend just running the glow? I've had ghk-cu for awhile just haven't tried it yet. I'll pick up some glow tho if it's a better option
MosesHallEnforcer

Yeah it won't hurt, the glow blend is ghk blended with tb500 and bpc157. It's a synergistic blend, but you could definitely use the ghk on its own if you want.

You can use ghk topically as well if you want to spot treat something. I use the anti wrinkle cream from limitless for under the eyes.

My wife uses this copper cream upon the recommendation of a bunch of women on the peptide forum I'm on. There is a ton of different topicals on that website as well that are supposed to be good.

I would definitely use melanotan 1 if I were you. I can post a bunch of the study information if you want me to, but basically it protects from sunburn and skin cancer, and you will get a nice deep natural tan.

I haven't had a sunburn the last 2 summers I started using it and I'm out in the sun all day pretty much every weekend.

Will do man I appreciate the info. I've read that ghkcu can cause a pretty good sting when injecting. Is that from the copper? I also read after you draw your dose you can add some more bac water to your syringe and that helps

Also I've read it's a good idea to take a little zinc a couple hours after injecting. Is that true?
bthotugigem05
How long do you want to ignore this user?
AG
That's the tough part about all of this, for every source saying to take some zinc there are others saying it's not necessary because you don't actually absorb much of the copper and zinc only works in the intestinal tract (which you're bypassing by injecting GHK-CU)

Moses or others - any experience with BioRegenix cream? Thinking about getting it for specific spots like knee and heel.

Yeah, Ive used it before and have a ton of it. Jay was selling it before under a different company that they liquidated before they started bio longevity. So I got a bunch of it for cheap.

It was called regenovive, but it's the same formulation as bioregenix. It's worked really well for tendinitis on the elbow and for a shoulder twinge.

It's not really a pain reliever per se, but your healing time is much quicker using it.

Ive never had any issues, but my father in law complained about it stinging when he took glow. I have heard diluting with more BAC water can help. I don't know anything about zinc. But I can ask around. I take zinc every day anyway as a part of just staple supplementation so maybe that's why I've never had any stinging issues. Who knows?

Edit: Never mind, yes you do need to supplement with zinc if you're doing copper. I've never heard that being related to stinging, but more so that when you take one you need to supplement with the other because of depletion.

so when you do these stacks like this...is it expected that you have to just keep doing it??

when you stop this Glo stack...do your tendons, tissues, skin, etc that benefit from it go back to normal???

I mix topical ghk (and serpen-syl, snap-8 and leuphasyl) with HA and use it 2x day on my face/neck and it's been great. I buy the ghk from scantifix (instruction videos on their website) and the HA from Amazon. They're running a sale currently.

re: ghk injected stings like hell....either put more bac water after you draw it up or some inj lidocaine.

Because GHK-Cu increases copper availability in the body, you need to balance w/ Zinc. Zinc and copper share common transport pathways, and increasing copper levels without adequate zinc can create functional deficiencies that impair immunity, wound healing, and hormone balance. 20-40mg of Zinc Glyciate daily is good...esp if you plan to inject for a long time (i.e. such as Anela protocol).

Once you stop, there is a gradual return to previous symptoms or reversal of benefits within 1-2 months of stopping. That is why it's helpful to do it on a maintenance schedule of cycling. For a strategic approach, it's normal to do a 5 day on/2 day off cycle for 4-6 months... then back down to a lower dose/frequency per week to dial it in. Some people will do a 8-12 weeks and 2-4 weeks off cycle.
