Hot Take: I'd let Marcel have a say (even if only a small say) in who the OC hire is.

Nowadays you have to recruit your current roster back in addition to HS recruits and transfers. It is imperative that we get Marcel back next year. I would also say it's important to get an OC that mixes well with our almost Heisman contending QB.

(And yes I realize Marcel was bad vs Texas)
