I'm kind of not. I mean there's still a whole second half to go. This could change big time but I've never thought there as good as everybody says they are. If you look at most of their schedule, it's not much.

I think if Texas A&M was in the Big Ten, we'd be winning the conference quite often.

She's been with ESPN for close to 20 years, she's a Senior writer (whatever that is) She's also been the lead reporter for the CFP for several years. I listen to her quite a bit on Satellite radio ch 84, College Sports. She doesn't make the decisions, but she damn sure knows exactly what that committee is thinking. She is their mouth piece.

I'm not sure she can figure the committee out this year. She was doing a breakdown earlier in the season and told everyone the top metric was SOR then said A&M had the #1 SOR. So, it was assumed A&M would be ranked as such. Of course we instead started at 3 the plummeted 4 slots by losing to #15 on the road.

With each release of the rankings everyone becomes more baffled by what these knuckleheads are using. You listen to Yuracek for 5 seconds and you're thinking WTF. When Rece finished the interview this morning, Saban says, "he didn't answer a single question!" The committee outlines what they consider heavily then promptly ignores it. This committee refuses to be transparent and I'm convinced it's because they are simply pulling things out of their ass.

Huh? A&M was #3 before playing t.u.. They would have stayed at 3 if they beat t.u. and would have played Alabama in the CG. If they lost to Bama 28-7 then they would have fallen to 7 or 8. Beating Bama would move them up to 2.

No. We would've likely gone to 2 with an away win at tu but impossible to say for sure. However, an undefeated season until CCG would not drop us to 7. Are you insane?
