I've followed college football since 1974 and never paid any attention to IU. Why? Because in that entire time they never won more than 8 games and usually won 5-6 or even less. Cignetti is the real deal as is this team. Good fundamentals, good strategies and spirited play. He's a miracle worker.

Now, are they as good as UGa, Bama or A&M? That's what the playoffs will reveal.


If they win this...they are better. OSU isn't a push over team.

This is Cignettis 2nd year. I know he brought some players with him (from James Madison??) but in only his 2nd year how is the defense this good? I need to look at their DL and LBs and see their bio. Either they are all xfers or the previous coach was a great recruiter and terrible coach!
