If we cared about any trophy but the NC as being worth truly bragging about, we'd have gone back to the Big 12 a long time ago.

Don't be a poosy and run from your ****** baggery. It's clearly who you are. Be a man and embrace it.

Whatever man, I tried to de-escalate and said I'm sorry if you took it as an insult, you wanna continue to be that way it's your choice, I'm not gonna play this game of name calling you continue to take part in, not becoming of an Aggie with integrity.

I don't know any real Ags who are walking away from this season feeling good. Everyone seems to like Elko alright but the overall sentiment is that the best course of action is to temper expectations.
This is not a national championship caliber program.

Then you don't know many "Real Ags". Real Ags, like most real people, can be disappointed with the outcome of the last two games, but feel good about the season as a whole. It was a fun ride that ended poorly. But this is why the 24-hour rule was created. Be mad for 24 hours, then move on with your life and don't dwell on it.

Temper expectations? OK, Mr. Hyman.

And that last statement is more of the same BS. We didn't win this year, but it's an indictment of how the last two games went and who's to blame for that. It's not an indictment of the entire program. To say that ignores where we were and where we are now, and where we seem to be headed.

When you have your so called best season in nearly 30 years.

And we still can't even beat Texas and still can't even make the SEC title game or win anything of meaning.

Yeah it was big thud.

Still can't win anything of meaning and fall flat on the big stage.

It absolutely was the best season in 30 years. Beating the sips isn't the ultimate goal in any case.

We did thud in the playoff game, but we were in the playoff game, in year 2 of a new coach.

Year one, we were on a great run, then died at the end. Year two, we made the playoffs, but lost. Still an upward trend.

But you be miserable about it if you want.

2012 was better so disagree on it being the best season in 30 years

What did we win this year?
What trophy did we put in the trophy case?
Are we putting a banner up for making playoff and losing a 1st round home game?

Really telling where we are as a program when as you said" absolutely best season in 30 years" and we win absolutely nothing and strengthen the national narrative on Texas A&M football.

Finished 2012 #5 in the country. Won Cotton bowl
Finished 2020 #4 in the country. Won Orange bowl

Will we may finish this year 9 or 10. How is that better?

I think we should abandon football.
