Great run by Russia.
I would say so but Belgium for the cup.XUSCR said:

I think Croatia beats England. Belgium over France.
Will be interesting to see if Croatia's midfield can dominate.OregonAggie said:

These are the 4 teams I wanted to see in the semis, and I think a BEL-CRO final would be a lot of fun.
Again lol. Getting a team that just played back to back penalty gamesbagger05 said:

It's not about watching the game but being around your people, family and friends.
If you were an Astros fan would you rather be in Houston when they won the World Series or watching from your apartment in Kentucky?
For me personally it's not worth the effort to go but they have a place to stay and miles, so who cares? I don't think they'll actually go. We were just over in May.

I'd stay in Kentucky unless I had tickets.
I have Brit friends actually. They do make a point of getting together here with friends to watch the games or at a local Brit pub but none of them are going to England to watch it there.
Personally if the Ags were in the NC in say Pasadena and I did not have tickets I would stay in Dallas I would not go to CS to watch it there.
Anyway to each his own...I just don't get it I guess. Free airfare by miles and a place to stay is certainly more understandable.

I think the difference is that you could easily be surrounded by a ton of Ags if you stayed in Dallas to watch a game. You'd be by your own people. There's plenty of brits here in the states but no watch party would compare with the big ones they're throwing in London or any other big English city.
I wouldn't spend the time going there but to each their own.
