I don't think "good" is adjective I would choose for anyone out there in red today.
He was getting pushed around a bit, which I think physicality in the Prem is kind of the concern with him. He's wasn't the problem, but he didn't look like a near term solution either.

They constantly get in each others way. There is no spacing between players. As a result a pass to one is often misplayed by a second player in the way. And because the spacing is so bad the passes are too hard and they have no touch.
I really think Amorim has a 50/50 chance of getting sacked. Partly because they have been so incompetent looking on the field but partly because they are so incompetently run off the field.

That sounds about what was expected. My guess is his start was as much a decision to give Dorgu rather than a vote of confidence for Amass.
Yeah 13th in April of 2026 is a different story. Even if he only gets a few players this summer, there will be an expectation of improvement at a minimum.
In fairness, Newcastle was pretty blatantly targeting him, and the ref didn't do much to get it under control either. When I posted about laughing at Yoro, the Newcastle player was bullying Amass, Yoro pushes the Newcastle guy, immediately gives the "What? What did I do?" Gesture and got the card.
Watched most of the Villa/PSG game last night. Rashford was at times wasteful but he was often an absolute menace. His play to set up Villa's 3rd was incredible. Old Marcus Rashford stuff. If he continues to play like that, I can't imagine that Villa don't activate his 40m transfer clause.
Zirkzee out for the rest of the season. Shame as I thought his play as a facilitator had really improved. Who's ready for all Hojlund all the time?

Of all my issues with ETH, his keeper room management may have been my biggest. No top level team should be in the position we are in.
