GS should have won game 1. We should have won this game. The series is probably where it should be at 2-2.

Besides the other obvious screw ups I really think pop brought Timmy back in too early in the 4th. We jumped out too a quick 8 point lead. Why not stick with the lineup that was working.

Golden State shouldn't even be able to stay within 20 of the Spurs. They (spurs) are playing unbelievably bad basketball right now, because it's not like the Warriors are playing all that great outside of game 1.

Really surprised at some of the reasons for the loss on here. How about the fact that this "championship" team of veterans, poised to slam Golden State in 4 or 5 games shot 16% in the final 10 minutes of the game?
and it wasn't no "closed lid ah well it wasnt our game" type games (see: every reason in the past 15 years for a spurs loss). I could shoot better than that.
poor execution, sloppy spacing, forced shots, and poor coaching. this led to the inability to close, and the 50/50 balls went to the team who wanted it more. and the other team's best player literally had to take painkiller injections to play, Popovich made no adjustments to take advantage of that, and their second best player is riding the pine.
if the spurs were everything the fans on this board think they are, there's no way the should've lost this game, much less be facing a must win against the wall in this series now.

Thompson and Curry only had 32 combined points on 12-28 shooting. David Lee didn't play. The Spurs had 7 to 1 blocks and 11 to 18 turnover advantages. And Golden State only shot 38%.
And the Spurs still lost by double digits

Game day. I'm really tired of these late starts vs Golden State.
Can we not crap the bed tonight and get a win?
