I would take 10 paired with Bama. Makes more sense than sending us back to Gainesville, and I'd be just fine with not seeing Auburn again (although I'd rather make the trip to Auburn so that I could check off one of my three remaining SEC parks).TexasAGGIEinAR said:
Kendall Rogers updated his projections. We're sitting at 10, paired with Bama. UTSA and Cincy are the 2/3. He also stated that he can see how Bama being left out and us sneaking in the top 8 would be the only surprise he sees happening. Very volatile. UF is gonna be in.

This would be the first time in decades of watching Aggie baseball that the committee would give so much weight to the conference tourneys. And it is not just us. Sips and Auburn changed places.

I'm guessing because there is more parity in the SEC this year. A lot of teams clumped together for a few seeding spots.

If there are 6 teams in front of us I can see the committee moving us down to the 13 range just to inflate the other conferences reputation
The committee might not want 7 of the top 11 seeds being SEC
I hope you are correct ( you probably are ) that even with a pig loss they stay behind
The Ags went have not finished as strong as we would have liked and the teams we needed to lose have been winning
Looks like we are in the 10-14 area unlikely yo be a "national seed" and a lot closer to be a 2 seed then we though possible after we found a way to win the MSU series

Are host sites announced today? They're usually announced the day before selection Monday, right?

Why? Are they less fans than you? Less passionate about the team?
What a bs comment.

Wondering if the selection committee knows or cares about a team's injuries and over all
health going into the seeding of the 8 national seeds and the overall seeding? If a consideration,
which way do they look at it? Hurt a team's seeding or not?
As an example, we are close with UF for a top 8 seed and won the H2H early in the SEC schedule
at UF. UF has gotten better toward end of the SEC schedule, Our Ags have been injured and have not looked
as good the last 3 weeks or so.
