Last year was a bad sign, but I did not necessarily stick to the "you HAVE to give everyone at least two years" because of the unique circumstances. If there are better options interested, I'd take the plunge. Coaches are just employees and I'd rather win than provide OJL. Plus, NGL, I find coaching searches entertaining. Not into women's hoops but I'll get into them for the (expected) coaching search next year.
