Unrelated... rewatched the Hobbit the other day and couldn't help but see a fidgety Lester Nygaard instead of Bilbo.

Dunst is... intriguing. Not sure about her acting chops, but there is something about her with just kind of a pleasant demeanor that I think could work in this setting.

quote:How did you watch it?
Just watched entire season on a flight to and from Hawaii.
quote:The way they ended the Stavros's whole story line was pretty weak, imo. Really the only thing in the show I didn't like. The only thing I can really think of is that BBT's whole plan of playing god with Stavros backfired on him because Stavros ended up thinking that some higher power wanted him to return the money instead of go through with the drop. Then I guess they were trying to get at something about an actual act of God that punished Stavros, but I don't really know what that means unless Malvo had some sort of supernatural ability.
2. So, what did BBT gain in the end after torturing Stavros? Did BBT know where the $ was buried? Not sure I followed how that all ended up.
3. The flying fish due to a tornado was way over the top and that almost ruined the last few episodes of the series for me.
quote:I thought they were really good. They had a chemistry that you needed and the whole theme of Fargo is putting these contrasting parts together. Like someone as evil as Malvo in the nice and pleasant midwest or someone who was as good of a cop as Molly working in a rural small time police department.
4. Involving the Key & Peele actor duo seemed to cheapen this show a bit, although their characters played a nice role in the story.
It was a random UFO and the catalyst for the best line of the series. The Anchor said:
Just finished season 2. The last two episodes took a weird turn in directing. Without looking it up in guessing they were directed by a different person. What was the deal with the random UFO?
