We binged watched season one, fascinating show

I didn't expect then to dive so deeply into the whole parallel universe thing so quickly

Neither did I, but I didn't think the mystery of the films was going to be revealed as quick as it was either. I think showing what the films are, and especially that Joe was a Nazi, kind of forced that hand.

Just read the book. Hated it.

Agreed. Went back and finished the book based on texags and I thought it was awful. The series is great, though, IMO.

Season 2 is even better. Excellent series.

Wife and I have been watching this so way behind the times. Not sure if there are threads for S3 or S4, but we've been watching this show. S1 and S2 were fantastic.

You can tell S3 was rushed at the end, and S4 adds the new BCR element.

Will be finishing it out though. Scary as hell considering the current climate as we run towards something like this.

Obergruppenfhrer Smith is an incredible character. Probably the most compelling character to me. Totally ruthless and must have some terrible skeletons in the closet. But then he switches to a caring family man and mentor. Two best scenes so far were the son's illness being revealed and then him interrogating Wegener.

He should have won an Emmy for the scene where he found out his son was sick alone.

I'm pretty sure Tagomi's assistant, Kotomichi, is from the other timeline. When Juliana was late for work and tried to help him pick up some papers on the floor, we see some obvious burn marks on his arm. Tagomi and him had a conversation about where he was from in Japan: Nagasaki.
