Some thoughts. Marking a few things for spoilers, just to be polite.
1) Believed to take place between Civil War and Infinity War. General Ross can be seen early on in the trailer.
2) The soldier with the bow is Taskmaster. In the comics, Taskmaster is a merc-for-hire that trains goons for supervillains, usually. He has photographic reflexes, meaning that he can watch someone do something, and perfectly imitate it. That means he can shoot as accurate as Hawkeye, throw a shield like Cap, or have the martial arts skills of Iron Fist just by watching some video footage. I spotted a shield on the ground as he fights David Harbour, so maybe we'll get some faux-Cap action. Or maybe that's Harbour's shield.
3) David Harbour's comics character is known as the Red Guardian. IIRC, he's the Soviet version of Captain America. Most attempts to replicate Cap don't end well, so I'm not sure if he's actually super-powered or what. Also in the comics, he's Widow's husband that was presumed dead for a while. I doubt they go that route though, the ex-husband.
4) The characters all seem to be more cordial than I expected. I had assumed Rachel Weisz would be the villain. Maybe she will be eventually. Any of them could be, I suppose - it's kind of a spy film after all.
5) John Wick / Black Panther choreographer on this one. I don't know what that means because I know of the guy who did the BP choreography and it's someone else. There's some nuance there that I'm not educated on. Still, pretty good filmography when it comes to action chops, so hopefully that translates here.
Edit... 6) I'm 99.9% sure she'll stay dead. If anything, this sets up the other Widow to carry on. But she ain't coming back from that Soul Stone, I'm pretty certain.
